Hello Lovely Readers,

Welcome to my website. It seems strange, but very satisfying, to look out of my window and not see glistening wet pavements, drenched birds and soggy little animals trying so very hard to keep warm and dry.

In fact, this dry weather is giving me some hope for a glimpse of summer. So, as usual this weekend, I’ll be bimbling about in the garden and the greenhouse, repotting my bizzie lizzies and begonias, eager to get them into the borders and hanging baskets.

It’s too early in the season to plant them out yet, but it’s a real treat to watch them grow bigger and stronger each day, and mother nature never fails to fascinate me with the simple yet miraculous gifts she brings.

The warmer, drier weather also reminds me A Safe Haven on Beamer Street will be out on the 9th May, so not long now. I am delighted to see it’s already rising in the Amazon charts with pre-order sales.

I can’t wait for you to catch up with Molly, and Mary Jane -oh – and Ina, who, some readers have told me, brings her own form of entertainment to the Beamer Street stories. A new arrival sets tongues wagging and brings her own unusual story.

I was surprised and thrilled this week, when I received this wonderful gift of the Beamer Street signpost, below, which was made by a very talented reader.

What a fabulous surprise that was. I was overwhelmed, as you can imagine. Thank you John.
