Hello Lovely Readers,

I have been dodging the latest heatwave, being a natural red-head with freckles – which my dark-haired brothers would tease me about saying I sunbathed under a colander 🙂 However, my time has not been wasted – more about that later.

You will be pleased to hear that my latest novel, number 5 in the Beamer Street Series, called Love and Duty on Beamer Street is out in September, but you can pre-order now on Amazon.uk or Amazon.com

I’m sure those of you who have read my other novels will not be disappointed. I’m so excited about this book and can’t wait for you to read it, and if you like it I would be thrilled if you let me know by leaving a review on Amazon. It would mean so much and make the hours spent out of the sunshine really worth it.

Just to let you know I am writing the final Beamer Street novel – number 6 in the series – right now, which will bring us up to the outbreak of WW2.

Do let me know your favourite characters in any of my series; Reckoner’s Row, The Dockside Sagas or the Beamer Street Series. I am fascinated to know who you like to read about – and who knows, you may also see some of them make an appearance in the next series – more in a later post!

Just one more thing before I go, if you would like to be in with a chance to win a signed copy of Love and Duty, give me a title of my next series, which will follow the good people of the dockside in their fight against the enemy, rationing, heartache, making do etc. which will be another 6 book series.

There is lots more to tell you in the coming weeks, so don’t forget to sign up for my newsletter here: https://bit.ly/SheilaRileynews and be the first to read the prologue of my next novel: which you can pre-order here https://mybook.to/LoveandDutyBeamer.

That’s all for now my friends, Ill be back with more news later

Love to all

Sheila xx
